Neolitik, just off St George Square, Victoria, offers food lovers a regularly changing menu of high-quality dishes in a tastefully styled modern restaurant, with comfortable seating and a relaxed ambiance. From the main dining room, a window into the kitchen gives a view of the chefs at work. As well as creating your meal, you may see them baking bread, marinating olives, or butchering and aging meats, as these tasks are also done in- house. This ensures everything is fresh, but also reduces wastage, as unused cuts from the main dishes are turned into an additional Neolitik Bites menu of tapas options.

Neolitik offers separate lunch and dinner menus of Italian and French influenced dishes infused with a local twist. Consult the website for their latest menus, as the options change every two weeks to allow the chefs to use local fish and the freshest seasonal produce. The number of starter and main plate options are kept small to ensure everything is cooked and plated to high standards. There are no side dishes here, and your meal will arrive as envisaged by the chef. Trust that whether a carpaccio, a terrine, an aged meat, a red wine jus, a buttery pomme purée, or a creamy cardamom panna cotta, the flavour combinations are thoughtful, balanced and delicious.
