The Terrace offers a luxurious 5-star setting that enhances this communal experience. The spacious ground-floor area, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the hotel pool, creates a light and airy ambience perfect for celebration. Weekly refreshed buffet menus offer a delightful journey through various cultures and cuisines while keeping beloved family favourites. The rich flavours and diverse dishes make each visit a unique culinary adventure. Wine and water are included in the cost but just a little extra allows for soft drinks and beer.
The selection of dishes is vast. A top tip is to take a quick walk through first to avoid being overwhelmed. Hors d’oeuvres, cold meats, and salads nestle with King Prawns and salmon bites. A sushi station distracts diners, but the allure of the pasta counter, where chefs prepare penne and ravioli in various styles, is hard to ignore. This deserves another course. A great selection of steaks, chicken, veal, and pork chops are prepared and served with abundant sauces, dressings, and side accompaniments. The buffet also features a variety of authentic curries, biryanis, and Indian side dishes that are irresistible. The dessert area boasts TWO chocolate fountains and such an array of cakes, gateaux, and individual cups and bites that it’s almost impossible to try them all.
