Our menu is shaped by seasonality, guest preferences and the creative direction of our team. We update the à la carte offering twice a year to reflect the freshest ingredients and maintain variety. While some signature items such as our salads, pasta and classic pinsa remain due to popular demand, rotating other dishes keeps the experience engaging for both returning guests and our kitchen team.

4. How would you describe your cooking style?
Our cooking style places great emphasis on balance in texture, flavour and presentation. Each plate is prepared with care, allowing quality ingredients to speak for themselves and offering guests a dining experience that is both comforting and elevated.

While I don’t usually highlight just one dish as everyone’s preferences are different, fish remains a standout favourite among our guests. It’s a constant feature on our menu, presented in ways that reflect the season and the freshness of the catch. We take particular care in its preparation, pairing it with thoughtful accompaniments that bring out its natural flavour and create a well-rounded, satisfying experience.
