EcoCook Malta are thrilled to welcome Lumi, the restaurant at the newly opened voco hotel® Malta, to the EcoCook Programme.Set within the bright, coastal-inspired surroundings of voco® Malta in St Julian’s, Lumi draws inspiration from the sun-soaked flavours of the Mediterranean and California. With a menu that celebrates bold, citrusy ingredients and vibrant, shareable plates, Lumi offers an experience that is as fresh as it is flavourful.
From seasonal produce to thoughtful sourcing and minimal waste practices, sustainability is at the core of Lumi’s philosophy. The restaurant’s approach to responsible dining extends from kitchen to table, a reflection of voco’s global commitment to sustainable luxury.
We are thrilled to work with our local partner The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co, Malta’s most respected gastronomic guide and its official portal restaurantsmalta.com, in this collaboration with the new EcoCook Malta team.
