Drift Meze/Cafe has a wonderful laid-back atmosphere and neighbourhood location which is complemented by its swift, friendly, knowledgeable staff and menu variety. Outdoor seating is ample and covered, while inside portrays a sense of nautical elegance with touches of wavelike textures and blue-tones. The meze are perfect for sharing, especially because you’ll want to taste more than one. Try the Kalamarakia (Fried Calamari), homemade Keftedes (Meatballs), their delicious freshly made Dolmathes (stuffed vine leaves), or a trio of dips like taramasalata (smoked cod roe dip), ‘skorthalia’ (garlic dip) and hummus (chickpea and sesame dip) to start. They also offer a variety of salads, two of which are vegetarian, including the popular halloumi salad. For mains they offer plates such as traditional Moussaka, marinated Lamb Cutlets or the popular Drift homemade burger, plus much more.
