Hi Sushi

Hi Sushi is a new addition to the guide. It is nestled in Vault 2 on Valletta Waterfront, right on the edge of the stunning harbour. Guests can choose to dine indoors in spacious, comfortable seating or enjoy the fresh sea breeze outside, taking in panoramic views of deep Mediterranean waters and majestic cruise ships gliding beneath a vast canopy of sky. Hi Sushi offers an innovative, avant-garde ordering system designed for a seamless dining experience. Each table is equipped with a tablet, allowing guests to browse a visual menu complete with images, item counts, and detailed descriptions. For those choosing buffet option, unlimited ordering rounds are available. Diners can select up to ten items per round, with a 15-minute interval between each round to ensure a relaxed enjoyable pace.

Hi Sushi offers sushi and other Japanese-inspired foods and drinks. Try Japanese beer like Asahi and Ichiban or green Matcha lightly sparkling soft drink. Kick off your meal with salted edamame beans and wakame salad, next try grilled chicken gyoza, soft steamed shrimp dumplings, crunchy spring rolls, tasty, breaded prawns, pillowy pork buns and airy beef bao buns. Next savour exotic mango maki, flame salmon, dragon and sakura rolls. Save space to taste succulent duck, sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken and chicken katsu curry accompanied by moist kimchi fried rice and end with divine raspberry ice-cream mochi.
