Kaiseki

The cutlery, the crockery, the finesse of the lighting, blend perfectly with the whole Kaiseki experience, a true oasis of calm and good taste.

Kaiseki is a Japanese-style cuisine where a number of small, intricate dishes are served. Let the array of flavours transport you from Valletta in the Mediterranean to Asia. The delicately prepared and placed dishes are well presented in their different plates. Go for the pork gyoza and duck breast starters.
