Noni, is a perfect blend of old fused with new. Located in the original Xmun Borg & Sons Bakery and Confectionery and still sporting the original name on the facade, it has been masterfully converted into a warm welcoming unique space. The classy décor provides an elegant setting for this exceptional fine dining experience. Set on two floors, the restaurant boasts high vaulted stone ceilings and patterned traditional yet modern grey and white floor tiles, dark wood chairs and tables, muted overhead lights and tasteful background music. The ambience is stunning and inviting.
The fusion of old and new in the décor is reflected in the menu. Noni restaurant is inspired by traditional Maltese cuisine yet takes it to a whole new level. Tease your taste buds with Chef Jonathan Brincat’s Ta’Żeppi Farm ġbejna with spring peas and ham hock. Try the exquisite ravioli with ricotta, beetroot clams and foraged caper berries.
