Quadro, adjacent to the Westin Dragonara Resort, is in a scenic location offering stunning views of the sea. There are both outdoor and indoor dining areas. The ambience inside the restaurant is classic, elegant and intimate, whereas outside there is more of a casual, minimalist set up. The minimalist philosophy is also reflected in the cuisine and the freshness of the ingredients maximises flavours, quality and nutrition. The service is excellent, and the staff go out of their way to ensure the experience is flawless and memorable. Quadro caters for all with its private dining room, open plan area and outdoor seating, it is suitable for a business lunch, romantic dinner, family get-togethers and friend reunions.

The Chef creates a dining experience. The complimentary amuse-bouche, delicious bread and three types of butter, introduces the diner to a mouthwatering journey. Highly recommended is the cheese fondue agnolotti as a starter – so delicious and such a unique concept. One of several signature dishes is the perfectly seasoned sea bass, fresh and tasty. The guinea fowl medallions on a bed of poached plums are also scrumptious. The desserts are creative and mouthwatering. The mango lassi cheesecake and the Pistachio Tiramisu, to name a couple, are divine. Quadro has outstanding food, with a diverse yet unique choice. Highly recommended!
