The Definitive(ly) Good Guide attends Cross ReTour Workshop in Riga representing EcoCook
The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co were thrilled to be part of the EU funded Cross Re-Retour project and inauguration between the 6th and 8th May 2025 in the beautiful city of Riga, Latvia representing EcoCook Malta which has been selected as one of the innovating solutions for sustainable tourism in Europe.
Cross-Re-Tour promotes open innovation and allows SMEs to improve their operational performance by integrating digital, green and circular economy practices.
The Definitive(ly) Good Guide have just announced the official launch of EcoCook Malta, a groundbreaking sustainability certification program for restaurants on the Maltese Islands which is supported by the Cross Re-Tour EU grant, this innovative initiative aims to elevate Malta’s restaurant industry by promoting sustainable practices and helping restaurant owners assess and enhance their environmental and social impacts.
