Celebrating 1 Year of EcoCook Malta
We are celebrating The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co’s one year of partnership with EcoCook.
Over the past year, The Definitive(ly) Good Guide has supported the Maltese Horeca sector in
implementing practical and measurable sustainable practices in restaurants and other catering establishments in Malta & Gozo by offering them EcoCook Malta – Malta’s first sustainability certification for restaurants.
This is a key milestone in advancing sustainable gastronomy – together.
This initiative is supported by the Cross Re-Tour EU grant, a program aimed at promoting green tourism in the European Union. The Malta Tourism Authority serves as a key partner in the Cross Re-Tour project, which seeks to foster sustainability within the tourism and hospitality sector.
