🌿 de Mondion continues its commitment to sustainability!
We are pleased to share that de Mondion, has successfully passed its annual EcoCook® Engaged follow-up assessment. The restaurant has thus retained its Engaged certification while continuing to improve its sustainable practices. 👏
Over the past year, the teams have implemented several concrete measures to reduce their environmental and social impact:
- They further developed their commitments to sustainability by adding a page on their website detailing their endeavours.
- They are sourcing more fruit and vegetables from an organic certified farmer.
- They developed a food procurement action program for meat and dairy.
We warmly congratulate the teams at de Mondion for their dedication and ongoing commitment to more sustainable dining and hospitality.
