Caviar & Bull continues its commitment to sustainability!
We are pleased to share that Caviar & Bull, a restaurant in Malta, has successfully passed its annual EcoCook® Engaged follow-up assessment. The restaurant has thus retained its Engaged certification while continuing to improve its sustainable practices. 👏
Over the past year, the teams have implemented several concrete measures to reduce their environmental and social impact:
- They reinforced their transparency and sustainability awareness adding a page on their website detailing their endeavours.
- Introduced certified ecological cleaning products for the kitchens and bathrooms.
