When you step into Ferdie’s, overlooking the Gozo Channel, you will be amazed by the tastefully decorated, nautical atmosphere. The bright hues of orange and blue make for a striking combination, and the artwork adorning the restaurant’s walls will give you something to stare at and ponder over. The staff will great you with professionalism, always with a smile, and you will be directed to your seat.

Once you order, you’ll be presented with a complimentary olive tapenade with sundried tomatoes, and plenty of bread to go with it. For starters, the battered pumpkin flower is a wonderful option if you’re looking to be adventurous, but if not, the classic calamari fritti is always a staple option. They also have a vast selection of pastas – from filled to baked – which you can indulge in, as well. As for mains, you will definitely be spoilt for choice. The burgers are astounding, with the pulled pork bun being exceptionally outstanding. They also have a fantastic selection of meats and fish, with the cider braised pork belly being a wonderful option. End your meal with an ice-cream or baked dessert and you will walk out feeling completely satisfied.
