Meraki Wine & Dine
Whilst not a newcomer to the scene, Chef Dino and his team continue to impress, crafting dishes that celebrate originality, freshness, and unmistakable local charm. Drawing inspiration straight from nature, much of the produce—from fragrant herbs to sun-ripened fruits and vegetables—come directly from the family garden. The result is a menu that screams authenticity and seasonality, served in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Large chalkboards proudly display daily specials, while generous seating invites guests to savor the fare on offer. The menu offers fish and meat, only sourced from suppliers in Europe that meet the strict criteria required. Italian pasta direct from Naples, wines from fine vineyards all contribute to an honest and memorable experience.
An array of tasters of focaccia, bruschetta and are presented with olives, tapenade and a creamy Sheep cheese with chutney. The Antipasto Misto of Ravioli, Burrata and topped with pistachio nuts is a perfect starter to share. The house Carbonara never strays, definitely a favourite and authentic option. Meats are a huge specialty here and range from a 35 day aged T-Bone, a Veal Tomahawk and an Irish Tagliata all served with house vegetables and potatoes. Various fresh fish are fileted and presented with king Prawns adorning every dish. The sea bass wrestles but the Moroccan octopus is certainly the heavyweight winner here. Deserts are spontaneous. The Deconstructed Cannoli, so good it’s unbreakable!
