There is a huge selection of dishes to choose from, and something to suit everybody – but whichever menu you select, try starting with some typical appetisers such as crispy seaweed, fried wontons and steamed dumplings, or go for an authentic soup – the hot and sour or the chicken and sweetcorn are both superb. the crispy duck with pancakes and plum sauce makes a special introduction before your chosen array of Chinese combinations and specials are delivered. sweet and sours, satay or lemon chicken, beef with oyster sauce, and sizzling plates of king prawns, are all beautifully presented – garnished and served with a variety of fine noodles and rice dishes with meat and crispy vegetables.
