Caviar & Bull Valletta has officially opened its doors on Old Bakery Street, bringing one of Malta’s best-known contemporary dining concepts into the heart of the capital. The new restaurant is the latest venture from Marvin Gauci, and offers a more intimate interpretation of the Caviar & Bull experience in one of Valletta’s historic buildings.
Set within Romègas, a beautifully restored historic palazzo, Caviar & Bull Valletta feels distinctly different from its established St Julian’s home. Rather than the open, waterfront atmosphere of the original, the Valletta location embraces the character of the city itself, combining limestone, rich interiors and a more intimate setting.
