An inspiring couple of days at Food on the Edge, held this year at the magnificent Fort St Elmo in Malta! 
‘I was privileged to represent The Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta & Gozo (restaurantsmalta.com), alongside talented Maltese chefs and leading international voices from across the restaurant industry.
Through a series of thought-provoking talks and presentations, local and international speakers shared their experiences, inspirations, and passions, offering fresh perspectives on creativity, innovation, and the future of food.
It was an honour to be part of this international gathering, and I was delighted that a copy of The Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta & Gozo was given to every attendee, introducing our publication to this vibrant community of culinary professionals.’
