🌿 Lumi continues its commitment to sustainability!
We are pleased to share that Lumi, the restaurant located inside voco Malta in St Julian’s, has successfully passed its annual EcoCook® Engaged follow-up assessment. The restaurant has thus retained its Engaged certification while continuing to improve its sustainable practices. 👏
Over the past year, the teams have implemented several concrete measures to reduce their environmental and social impact:
- They developed an action plan for sustainable food procurement.
- They introduced an action plan to improve sustainable menus and cooking which is now being implemented.
- Menus were updated to note allergy-friendly, plant-based and special dietary options.
We warmly congratulate the teams at Lumi for their dedication and ongoing commitment to more sustainable dining and hospitality.
