Inside, cuts of Japanese Wagyu, prime USDA, Danish Sagyu beef, lamb rack beg to be taken home or cooked to perfection to dine in. But first, start with a selection of cold cuts and cheeses from the display, accompanied by fresh bread, galletti, bigilla and olive oil, or savour duck foie gras, jamon Iberico, short rib tacos. While Brass & Knuckle offers an enticing choice of mains, the true stars of the show are the cuts of meat. The aged USDA rib eye, Angus fillet, lamb shank is prepared in a special aging cabinet and made to lose 25% of its weight, making it more tender and tasty. With a side of Brass & Knuckle’s signature truffle fries, this marbley and succulent delight becomes carnivore heaven. Conclude with the pistachio cheesecake and you’ll be counting the days till your next visit.
