This is simply a gorgeous lounge bar and restaurant for any occasion. Luxurious surroundings from entrance to either a lush, green outside area with views over the bay and St Paul’s Island or to a beautifully crafted restaurant interior. Both spaces are perfectly designed with comfort and accessibility as a priority. The huge terrace with cocktail bar, sofa seating and tables also features a lounge space for parties. Everything is impeccably designed with highly skilled staff knowing the menu in great detail. A DJ spins subtle tunes for all, whether watching the sundown with a signature cocktail or reveling in the gastronomic delights available.
With a subtle blend of South American flavours, the menu brings to life a variety of global dishes, beautifully presented and prepared as starters or to share. Fried oysters with truffle hot sauce, shrimp dumplings with caviar and the grilled scallop with sweet potato are divine. The seabream nigiri is a total art piece and tastes as good as it looks – definitely a favourite within the raw bar offering. Prime meat cuts including Peruvian style chicken, grass fed steaks in various cuts with unique latin sauces are a definite must have, each served with an array of sublime side dishes. Desserts are lavish and possibly belong in a gallery, a dark chocolate and almond cake, meringue with almonds and a fabulous Pina al revés of pineapple and caramel are all highly recommended.
