Rebekah’s Restaurant

Patrons love the "attention to detail" and the "top notch" food.

Rebekah’s is the epitome of fine dining. You’ll be treated like royalty and pampered. Attentive, knowledgeable staff are ready to offer information about the creative artistic cuisine and the extensive international wine list. Rebekah’s is located within a 300-year-old house of character—the oldest one in Mellieha—built of thick stone and retaining many of its original features. These include an underground war shelter and an internal courtyard covered by a retractable roof. The special attention to minute details such as lighting and artwork is greatly appreciated by patrons. A separate dining room with its own entrance ensures complete privacy for small, private functions.

The menu at Rebekah’s features seasonal local produce and changes three or four times per year, sometimes retaining some of the regulars’ favourites. Start off the feast with warm, freshly-baked Maltese sourdough bread served with purest olive oil and homemade tomato paste. For starters enjoy the Fresh Local Amberjack Sashimi served with radish, avruga caviar and chilled truffle dashi, or the delectable valencay cheese ravioli. Next indulge in the Guinea Fowl Breast with chorizo and beans sauce, or savour the fresh fish of the day served with baby gem lettuce, zucchini and elderberry capers sauce. For dessert relish the Caramelised Apple Tart or the White Chocolate and Cranberry Mille-Feuille.
