Village Fork

Village Fork restaurant has quickly become a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. It has emerged as a culinary haven since opening its doors in the midst of 2023. It is very centrally located in the village of Birkirkara, overlooking the Basilica of St Helen. With an outside dining area as well as two indoor floors featuring wood and metal furnishing, the restaurant prides itself on offering a casual yet classy dining experience.

The front of house is expertly managed by owner Karl Saliba, while chef patron Kyle Fenech leads the culinary team. Together, they produce mouthwatering dishes that showcase a rich tapestry of Mediterranean flavours, always providing a fresh adventure that leaves you craving for more. Each dish is a work of art and a testament to their passion and expertise. When it comes to the main course, the Beef Short Ribs are expertly prepared and served with a velvety sweet potato puree for a gastronomic delight that will leave you savouring each bite. To complement the meal, the restaurant presents a selection of fine wines carefully curated to elevate your dining experience. At Village Fork, it is not about just serving food – it is about creating a memorable dining experience with family and friends.
