And on that note, it’s time to unveil our favourite places for a good old brunch in Malta.

Hammett’s Gastro Bar 

Hammett’s Gastro Bar certainly needs no introduction. Whether it’s dining out with your better half or whether you’re brunching with your besties, this is the place to be. It also got voted as one of the Top 40 restaurants in the 2021 Definitive(ly) Good Guide Survey.

Whilst Hammett’s is renowned for its distinct “city-inspired, Asian fusion social dining experience”, the Weekend Brunch has proved to be quite a hit with regulars—and we can see why that’s the case! Hammett’s is set to take you on a trip to brunch heaven with their selection of specials, pancakes, poached eggs and asian fusion. You can even wash the food down with some prosecco if you opt for their famous Bottomless Brunch!

 

U Bistrot

Described as a “rustic oasis” in the heart of Balluta Bay, brunch at U Bistrot is a must. As soon as you walk in, you simply can’t miss their iconic floral ceiling. What can we say, we love an instagrammable restaurant that also happens to offer a mouth-watering breakfast menu.

French toast with maple syrup, homemade pancakes and waffles, eggs benedict and of course, a full English…need we say more? Dig in.

Two Buoys

If you haven’t had the chance to pay a visit to Melbourne yet, Two Buoys is the place to be! As they put it, it’s the perfect location where “Where Melbourne meets Malta”. Get ready to feast your eyes on fan favourites including a selection of pancakes, Melton mushrooms, Smashed Avo, Newport Waffles, and their very own Brighton Breakfast Platter.
