OPA! snuggly fits into the lively embrace of Sliema’s bustling waterfront, conjuring a fusion of Greek and Mediterranean classics with captivating twists. Starters of fried cheese Saganaki, drizzled with golden honey, or the timeless Dolmades, vine leaves artfully stuffed with rice and herbs served with tangy Tzatziki, are classics. The Greek platter for two is a totally awesome masterpiece – three-tiered selection of starters, dips, breads, plump olives and sun-drenched tomatoes. Indulge in main courses of Souvlakis or savour flavours of a classic Moussaka – hugely popular. Chargrilled Ribeye steaks or King Prawns bathed in white wine bisque are fantastic. An intriguing specials menu offers soups and main courses. Perhaps you’ll be lucky to try the Tagliatelle, Shrimp and Guanciale, undeniably tantalizing. Pizzas and fresh, crunchy salads with various themes are utterly on par. Mixed puddings are available. The Apple Crumble with vanilla custard is a crunchy show-stopper and a dessert pizza topped with nutella, nuts, caramel and fresh cream is quite the finalé.
