paired with a Bucks Fizz cocktail. From the lunch and dinner starters, the seabass ceviche that comes with avocado, coriander, pink peppercorns, salmon roe and a drizzle of olive oil is a must-have. The goat cheese panna cotta with red onion chutney, quince jam, spiced nuts and melba toast, and the risotto cacio e pepe with pecorino cream and black pepper are impressive vegetarian options. Mains
