Signature sausages, cheeses and ribs are smoked in-house, as is the brisket, which is used for Sciacca’s unique smoked brisket beignets. The Piatella Cheese and Sausages is wonderful, while the classic steak tartare, made from the finest quality fresh beef, served with onions, capers and gherkins, and finished off with raw egg yolk on top remains an enduring favourite. Prime cuts include the ever-popular USDA Ribeye Steak, and the aged meat and smoked meat are fan favourites. Barbecue fanatics will love the 24-hour-smoked short rib of beef.
